Here's what I ate today:
One smoothie (8 oz fat free vanilla yogurt, one banana, frozen strawberries, peaches, pineapples, a splash of V8 splash).
Two PB&J sandwiches with 16 oz. of skim milk.
Dinner was a breakfast burrito: Two eggs, ham, jalapenos, cheese, flour tortilla.
Four milk duds.
64 oz of water throughout the day.
